Biographical Info

Dr. So-Young Kim currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and Attending Endocrinologist at the ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical College. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various Endocrinology disorders, including thyroid (hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism/thyroid nodules), polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), metabolic bone (osteoporosis), parathyroid disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus.  

Dr. Kim completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago and then continued on to receive her M.D. from New York Medical College.  She completed her internal medicine residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center and completed her clinical fellowship in Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism at the ÈÕ±¾avÉ«ÇéƬ Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the Hospital for Special Surgery.
